Air bags

Both standard front air bags on LaCrosse have a dual-stage design that deploys at one of two rates depending on the severity of the collision. When the standard head-curtain side air bags are inflated, they drop all the way to the belt line from front to rear of the passenger compartment, providing additional protection for all outboard passengers.
