How do I use available Automatic Parking Assist with Braking†
?
If equipped, press the button to enable.
Encore GX will search for an available parallel parking spot on the right.
Use the touch-screen to select a left-side or a perpendicular spot.
Encore GX will beep when it detects a large enough parking spot.
Signal and shift into Reverse.
Follow the prompts on your infotainment screen to know when to stop and shift gears.
NOTE: Always be prepared to stop the vehicle during the parking maneuver if needed.
