The technology behind Super Cruise*
Available Super Cruise in the Buick Enclave allows for hands-free driving on compatible roads by integrating real-time cameras, sensors, GPS and LiDAR map data.
- Advanced sensors: LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) map data, real-time cameras, sensors and GPS systems help maintain control of the vehicle under certain conditions on compatible roads.
- Adaptive Cruise Control:
* Allows you to set a cruise control speed and automatically follow a detected vehicle ahead at a driver-selected following gap. If no vehicle is detected in your path, the feature works like regular cruise control. You can always override the feature and take control. - Turn Signal Activated Lane Change:
* In vehicles equipped with Turn Signal Activated Lane Change, the vehicle executes lane changes once the driver activates the turn signal.

- Driver Attention System: When engaged, Driver Attention System provides feedback on system status, monitors your head and eye positioning, and uses alerts that prompt you to pay close attention to the road and steer manually when needed.
- Compatible roads: Super Cruise is only available on compatible mapped roads.
- Advanced GPS and cameras: The GPS system uses real-time corrections and map data to determine the vehicle’s location, while the Lane Sensing Camera detects marked lanes on the road to help steer and maintain lane position.
