You can remote start* a Buick Envista either via the key fob* (if equipped) or using the myBuick mobile app* (if your vehicle is properly equipped and the paid service is active).

If your Envista supports remote commands* and is enrolled in a compatible service plan, here’s how remote start works:

• Using the key fob: Press the lock button, then press and hold the remote start button (often a circular arrow icon) for about 4 seconds. The turn signals should flash to confirm the engine has started. To stop it, press the remote start button again. The remote start run time is typically 15 minutes. You can extend it for another 15 minutes (to a total of 30) by repeating the remote start sequence while it’s running.
• Using the myBuick mobile app: Open the myBuick mobile app* and go to the My Vehicle tab on the home screen.
• Press and hold the CLIMATE (or START) icon until the words “Keep Holding” disappear (about two seconds). The command will then display as “Sent” when successful.
• If additional remote functions aren’t visible immediately, check the Controls tab in the app or select “View More” under the remote commands section.

Always check that doors are locked, the vehicle is in Park and the hood is fully closed before attempting remote start, as safety interlocks may block the command otherwise.
