How do I know if I’m already enrolled in GM Rewards?

To check if you’re already enrolled in GM Rewards, log in to your My Account here and look for the Rewards section on your dashboard. If you do not see it, you’ll need to complete the enrollment process for GM Rewards in order to participate in the program.*

What if I have more than one GM Rewards Member Account?

If you have two or more GM Rewards Member Accounts, we can help merge them and combine your point balances. Call the GM Rewards Member Support Team, Monday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–8 p.m. (ET) at 1-844-764-2665.

What if I enrolled in GM Rewards after getting approved for the GM Rewards™ Mastercard® from Barclays?

GM automatically enrolled you in GM Rewards when you became a GM Rewards Cardmember if you did not provide an email address already associated with a GM Rewards Member Account during the credit card application process.

 

If you are a new GM Rewards Cardmember who independently created a GM Rewards Account, and you did not supply the email address associated with your GM Rewards Account when you applied for the GM Rewards Mastercard, you likely have two separate GM Rewards Member Accounts. Chat with a Member Support Specialist in the bottom right corner of your screen or give us a call, Monday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–8 p.m. (ET) at 1-844-764-2665 to help merge your accounts. Please make sure you have your GM Rewards Member number and GM Rewards Mastercard number handy. You’ll also need the email address associated with each GM Rewards account you want merged. Please note: We will also ask you to retrieve verification codes from emails sent to those email addresses during the merge process.
