How to track your Buick vehicle order
Explore the different options available for easily tracking your new Buick vehicle order.
Your vehicle order details
Once you’ve completed your new vehicle order, you’ll be sent an email from Buick informing you that your order was received and accepted by your chosen Buick dealer. This email will contain your confirmed order details, order number and dealer contact information. Be sure to save this email and information to use when tracking your order.
Note: Vehicle orders cannot be changed once they have been accepted into production.
Vehicle order tracking methods
You can track your Buick vehicle order by using any of the methods below.
Chat
Open the chat function on Buick.com and request a new vehicle order status. When prompted, provide your 6-digit order number or the vehicle’s 17-character VIN.
Call Buick Support
Call 1-800-521-7300 to speak with a Buick representative about the status of your new vehicle order.

Contact your dealer
Contact the dealer you selected during the order process to request updates on the status of your vehicle order. Find contact information for your chosen dealer in your order confirmation email.
For your security, please don’t include personal info such as phone number, address or credit card details.
