The Roadside Assistance program provides advisors who are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and offers a number of services that help ease concerns resulting from emergencies.
It’s easy. In many cases, your Buick’s advanced diagnostics† should notify you when your vehicle is in need of service. But in the event that a concern is triggered by something else, simply write it down. For instance, a new noise that caught your attention. Also note when the problem occurs – such as only when the engine is warm or cold, or when you’re idling, turning, etc. Just describe the symptoms, no need to diagnose the problem.
Once you come in, you can expect your Certified Service advisor to provide a thorough explanation of the procedure to be performed as well as a written estimate. Be sure to ask if your service might be covered under warranty.
