For vehicles equipped with active OnStar service, you can also press the OnStar button at any time to initiate an on-demand diagnostic check to confirm the health of your vehicle.

On the off chance an unanticipated need for service should occur, your Buick Certified Service experts are more than ready to help. They’ll utilize advanced technologies to analyze and service your vehicle to help ensure it’s ready for the journeys to come.

SHOULD A SERVICE INDICATOR ILLUMINATE

If any of these instrument panel lights should illuminate, a need for service is indicated. Check your Owner’s Manual for specific information and service indicator light placement in your vehicle.  Of course, if you ever have any concerns about how your vehicle is performing, your Certified Service experts are ready to help.

IF YOU SHOULD NEED ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

If the unexpected should happen, simply press the blue OnStar button for Roadside Assistance (must have active OnStar service). If not, help is just a phone call away. The Roadside Assistance program provides advisors who are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and offers a number of services that help ease concerns resulting from emergencies.

MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR SERVICE EXPERIENCE

It’s easy. In many cases, your Buick’s advanced diagnostics should notify you when your vehicle is in need of service. But in the event that a concern is triggered by something else, simply write it down. For instance, a new noise that caught your attention. Also note when the problem occurs – such as only when the engine is warm or cold, or when you’re idling, turning, etc. Just describe the symptoms, no need to diagnose the problem.

Once you come in, you can expect your Certified Service advisor to provide a thorough explanation of the procedure to be performed as well as a written estimate. Be sure to ask if your service might be covered under warranty.
